First State Capitol Historic Site to Host Missouri Day
Missouri Ag Connection - 10/15/2018

Missouri has served as the gateway between the east and west for hundreds of years. Over time, travelers from all over the world have passed through and settled in Missouri. From the French architecture in Ste. Genevieve to the Bosnian restaurants in St. Louis, Missouri's history is a patchwork quilt of ethnic identities. Join us at the First Missouri State Capitol State Historic Site on Missouri Day, Oct. 17, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. to celebrate Making Missouri: Celebrating our Diversity. We will honor the diverse cultures that make up Missouri.

There will be food, music, dancing, crafts, games, storytelling, oral histories and more.

First Missouri State Capitol State Historic Site is located at 200 S. Main St., St. Charles. For more information about the event, call the First Missouri State Capitol State Historic Site at 636-940-3322.
