Chef Tour Set for Greater St. Louis Area

From the head of the table to the heart of the farm, chefs from the greater St. Louis region have been invited to meet directly with Missouri farmers to cultivate relationships, source ingredients and understand the story behind the farm products.
Chefs strive to serve up the best local food to their customers on a daily basis. The Missouri Department of Agriculture has teamed up with some of our producers in the St. Louis area to give these chefs a first-hand look at the men and women who grow and raise Missouri's food.
The 2018 Farm to Menu Chef Tour takes place on April 30.
Stops during the day will showcase a number of Missouri farm products including beef, pork, produce, eggs, honey, wine and many others.
